Q: How does the service work?
A: It’s simple! You choose a schedule that fits your needs (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time), and we come to your home or property to thoroughly remove pet waste. All waste is then bagged in our own eco-friendly waste bags and disposed of in your trash or we can haul away for an additional fee of $2.
Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
A: Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. Many of our clients are at work or away when we arrive. We will text you when we are on our way to service your yard and again after your gate is closed and secured.
Q: Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
A: Yes! We love meeting new furry friends! We do ask that if your dog is not accepting of strangers that you kindly leave them inside during your service. Safety is our priority.
Q: What services do you provide?
A: We provide both residential and commercial pet waste removal. This includes private yards, apartment complexes, HOAs, dog parks, and other shared spaces.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Services start at $25/week. Pricing may depend on the size of your yard, number of pets, and frequency of visits. We offer affordable plans to fit every household.
Q: Is pet waste really that harmful?
A: Yes. Dog waste can contain harmful bacteria and parasites like E. coli and roundworms, which can spread to people, pets, and even groundwater. Regular clean-up helps protect your family, pets, and lawn.
Q: What if it rains or snows?
A: We work in most weather conditions. If extreme weather makes service unsafe or impossible, we may need to skip your service day. You will not be charged for the service day skipped and we will resume with your service the following week. Safety for all is our top priority. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Do you offer one-time clean-ups?
A: Absolutely! Whether you need a spring yard refresh, a pre-party clean-up, or just a one-time service, we’ve got you covered.
Q: Do I need to sign a contract?
A: No contracts! You can pause, adjust, or cancel service anytime with notice.
Q: Do you provide cat waste removal?
A: Yes, we do! We love our feline friends! We can provide litter box cleaning and maintenance.
Q: How do you sanitize equipment?
A: All equipment is disinfected between houses to prevent cross contamination. Your health is important to us!
